Assignment
As a Construction Inspector, you use your knowledge and skills to check whether construction is taking place as described in the permit. You monitor the quality and safety of the work and the use of buildings and grounds. You would like to collaborate with residents, companies and colleagues. You think about opportunities and possibilities. You may also have to take enforcement action.

Your work experience, professionalism and good knowledge of the various aspects of construction and housing supervision make you a valued discussion partner with your colleagues and on the construction site. In addition to being quality-oriented and solution-oriented, you are decisive and eager to learn.

Minimaal een afgeronde opleiding mbo niveau 4 Bouwkunde

Minimaal 2 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring in de afgelopen 5 jaar als Inspecteur Bouwen bij een gemeentelijke instelling;

Aantoonbare werkervaring in toezicht en handhaving bouw;

Aantoonbare kennis van het Bouwbesluit en de omgevingswet (benoem dit duidelijk in het cv

Een afgeronde opleiding op minimaal hbo bachelor niveau in de richting van Bouwkunde

Minimaal 5 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring in de afgelopen 8 jaar Inspecteur bouw binnen een gemeentelijke instelling

Kennis van de se omgeving

Een afgeronde cursus Ambtenaar Bouw- en Woningtoezicht I
