I am looking for a Finance Controller for an international organization in the Leiden area, active in the Pharmaceutical sector. As a Controller you will work on the daily accounting and achieve efficiency gains. You get a lot of freedom to contribute your own ideas. In addition, reports are an important part of the position. Description

• Submission of monthly financial reports with commentary and analysis.
• Assist with annual budgets and interim audits.
• Management of balance sheet accounts and checking the accuracy of the general ledger account.
• Identify budget deviations and propose improvements.
• Facilitating subsidy processes.
• Documenting and keeping up to date procedures of the financial department.
• Contribute to optimizing/automating financial processes.
• Act as a substitute for the Head of Finance.
• Collaborate on financial and payroll administration.
