Do you have experience with spray-painting and currently looking for the next step in your career? Join us as a Technical Service Representative and you'll be at the forefront of providing technical support, training, and documentation for our esteemed clients. From troubleshooting technical issues to fostering customer relationships, you'll be instrumental in driving the success of our business. Plus, get ready for some exciting travel opportunities - up to 50% internationally!

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers, utilizing industry best practices.
• Conduct product demonstrations and transfer knowledge on processes and technical problem-solving to clients.
• Deliver regular project reports and customer visit reports.
• Proactively troubleshoot technical issues and provide guidance on preventive measures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on technical projects and new product launches.
• Maintain technical competence on application, equipment, and processing methods.
• Assist in strategic planning by providing customer insights and product processing know-how to Sales and Marketing.
• Actively participate in the sales process by supporting customer interactions and maintaining industry contacts.
  

What do you need to be successful

• Proficiency in spray painting techniques.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 50% of the time.
• Fluency in English.
• German or French proficiency is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of paint application, processing, and measurement equipment.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and analytical thinking: Able to swiftly diagnose customer issues and propose effective solutions onsite
