Who are you?

• You are an enthusiastic people person, with a bachelor's degree in HR or other relevant education.
• You have at least 4 years of work experience within recruitment, preferably in an international context.
• You are a communicative and empathic team player with experience as team lead.
• You are eager to set goals and take initiative.
• You have knowledge (and love!)) for working with SDGs or development cooperation.
• You have excellent communication skills and preferably experience in working with volunteers.
• You have excellent command of the Dutch and English language.
• You are comfortable with the use of digital tools, including Microsoft Office 365.

Being a Recruitment Team Lead

As a vital member of the PUM community, your role is both dynamic and rewarding. You play a key role in the organisation, the HR department and of course our volunteers. What will a day in the office look like for you as a Recruitment Team Lead? Just to name a few responsibilities, you will be:

• First point of contact for recruitment-related questions for all volunteers and management for volunteer positions.
• Coordinating and coaching a team of 4 volunteer s; with support of the HR manager.
• Pre-selecting, interviewing and pre-screening of new volunteers.
• Together with the corporate you are jointly responsible for the further professionalising and digitalisation of the recruitment processes, such as: recruitment strategy per sector, labor market communication, employer branding, training interview techniques, diversity & inclusion, trends in the market, etc.
• Labour market communication (website, LinkedIn and other job boards).
• Organisation of small events such as workshops and training together with the HR project manager people development.
• Managing the online recruitment platform together with the corporate .

Ins and outs of the role of Recruitment Team Lead

We offer a competitive salary around €3800,- and €4200,- based on 37.5 hours, depending on your experience. We provide numerous perks, including an 8% holiday allowance, a 13th-month bonus, 'working-from-home' and commuting allowances, 28 days of holiday, a pension plan, a training budget, a weekly boot camp, and more.
