This, in a nutshell, is your job as a Chief Mechanic with us.

This is what you like to do

• Assembly of air ducts and air technology components on projects throughout the Netherlands and sometimes even abroad
• Arranging everything on site so your team doesn't have to go into a vacuum
• Coaching and managing people
• Checking for safety, not only for yourself but also, of course, for your team
• Managing and training upcoming talent

This is where you recognize yourself

• You have at least an MBO-4 education in the direction of metal or engineering
• You hold VCA-VOL or are willing to obtain it
• In possession of training LUKA Chief Mechanic and AWP certificate (IPAF standard) or these are on your bucket-list to obtain
• You have at least 2 years of experience as an air duct technician
• You have leadership experience or you've never done it before so you do think you can do it
